Map matching support during navigation

OSM Scout Server now provides map matching, which means continuously matching current position to a given route. This could be used to nicely follow a currently active route instead of "plowing through houses" due to common positioning inaccuracies.

A few considerations needed to robustly support this:

• OSM Scout Server might not be installed or not running/failed to start
• OSM Scout Server might not have data for the current area
• there should be a switch to turn map matching off in case the user wants to or that it does not work well for some areas
