In some source files, there are comments like below:

Temporary disabling dynamic viewport on Android because some of drivers doesn't support the feature.
Disable dynamic viewport on Android. Some drive has an issue with the dynamic scissors feature.

Are there any informations other than these comments?
or
Is this issue fixed in later (something) version?
