As only remaining point of #100 I am creating a separate issue.
The Jacobian transformation in LumiSpy can handle the variance as documented in https://docs.lumispy.org/en/stable/user_guide/signal_axis.html#transformation-of-the-variance
However, the variance can be important in the context of model fitting: N. Tappy, et al. (2022) The related section in the documentation still needs a brief discussion of this topic besides the reference: https://docs.lumispy.org/en/stable/user_guide/fitting_luminescence.html#signal-variance-noise
