DisasterAWARE® Pro is free for disaster management practitioners, government agencies, and humanitarian assistance organizations serving at local, state, federal, regional, and international levels. System access is restricted to ensure disaster managers and first responders always have first priority and uninterrupted access to critical information supporting public safety in times of disasters.
A free public version of the software is available to the public online at disasteralert.pdc.org or by downloading the mobile Disaster Alert app on iTunes or the Google Play Store.
Visit pro.disasteraware.org. Click the “Sign Up Now” link and complete the form. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your request.

Once access is approved, visit emops.pdc.org and login with the username and temporary password provided in the confirmation email. Please take a moment to change your password: Click on User > Account > Change Password. To logout, click on the User icon on the left navigation toolbar and click logout.
