Request: move fee "Change" button farther away from the "Approve" button

Related to #167

The Change text in the fee display is very small and right next to the "Approve" button. I could see this being fatfingered very easily, where a user intends to change the fee, but hits approve instead.

If the fee info was above the codebox, or at least larger than it is in the screenshot, it would be much harder to accidentally hit the "Approve" button.
