Describe the bug

My Loop interface shows that the insulin pump signal is lost, but I can still suspend or start it without any issues. However, I am unable to retrieve information or perform a bolus. What should I do?

In future - adding your information (version of Loop and type of pump) would be helpful. However, the graphic shows this is a Medtronic pump.

These are things to try (I suspect you will need to do item 4, but the other 3 may also work):

  1. quit and restart the app
  2. reboot the phone
  3. power cycle the orange link (remove and then add back batteries)
  4. deleted the pump from the app and then add it right back again

If this resolves the problem, please close this issue.

@marionbarker Thanks for your info. Mine is a Medtronic Pump 712W. I tried all four steps but still nothing changed.

Also, I need to try a lot of times connecting to the pump after I delete it and add it right back.

Have you successfully used this pump with Loop in the past? The Medtronic 712 isn't on the list of supported pumps.
