mobile phone "optional" does not remove mobile section if left blank

From what I can tell there is no logic in place to remove or not display the mobile < tr > if a mobile number is not added. So this would mean that it is not optional since the final output does not make sense without a mobile phone number. Office phone number also does not display however this is an easy fix. the mobile logic would be amazing to add.
