Bug description

Design issue form doesn't add label which is supposed to be "design 🎨 ".

Check if the same problem occurs with other issue forms.

Solution

It's probably caused by error in the yml syntax which is sensitive for things like this or emoji is in the wrong format so it needs to copy pasted from the editor itself to the code file.
