Not recognizing keyboard #33

Hello,
For some reason I am unable to get the Arm32_64_USB example to recognize any usb keyboard. My usb mouse is detected and displayed in the LOG output. I am using a RPI2B v1.2, and using the Pi3 make configuration. (I also tried this on a RPI2B v1.1 using the Pi2 make configuration but still no luck.) Does this only work with older usb keyboards. I have tried several keyboards and none are recognized. Any suggestions.
