If a date cell in Excel (e.g datePublished) is formatted as "Date" then the library is interpreting this date as a date and formatting in the Day, Month, Date, Year format as in the title rather than interpreting it as either an ISO8601 date or pulling the text as it appears when opening the spreadsheet.
If the cell is formated as Text then the data is loaded as expected.
