Update Risk Model for FunderScan

Description

The current automatically calculated layer for FunderScan risk in maps.fundermaps.com is outdated and no longer aligns with the definitive model according to the guidelines. The new model assesses risk at the building level and needs to be implemented as described here: FunderScan Assessment Schema at Building Level.

Additionally, a new model for risk at the structural unit level is required: FunderScan Assessment Schema at Structural Unit Level.

The new model for risk at the structural unit level must be added to the Facade_risk tileset and created in Mapbox. It should then be included in the mapset as "Risico bouwblok."

Actions

• Review and understand the new risk model for building level as per the provided schema.
• Replace the outdated risk model with the new model at the building level.
• Implement the new risk model for the structural unit level as per the provided schema.
• Add the new model for risk at the structural unit level to the Facade_risk tileset and create it in Mapbox.
• Include the new "Risico bouwblok" layer in the mapset.
• Test the new models to ensure they are correctly implemented and functioning.
• Deploy the updated models to maps.fundermaps.com.

Expected Behavior

The risk model for FunderScan should be updated to the new model at both the building and structural unit levels. The models should reflect the assessment criteria as described in the guidelines.
