endpoints extension

It's working, but I would not merged it to the master branch for the
moment, because I think we should think what to save (gpicke and trk
files before and after correction would maybe be too much..). Also, for
how I did stuff, the endpoints are modified and no trace is kept of the
'original' valid fibers, that is not nice.
