Cannot work with CAFE version 5.

Hi everyone,
I'm not working in the field of evolutionary biology anymore, so I haven't used CAFE in a few years. If anyone wants to adopt this project and make it work with CAFE v5, feel free to contact me or open a pull request.

The author has already updated CAFE for this. See hahnlab/CAFE5#69 (comment)
