A modest proposal for optimizing the presentation of icons

I believe we can categorize the posture of cats based on their CPU usage, rather than solely based on their running speed. For instance, when the CPU usage is below 10%: the cat crouches in place and licks its paws. When the CPU usage reaches 20%, the cat can walk slowly. When the CPU usage exceeds 50%, the cat starts running again.

Nice Idea. So provide me with an animated image of a cat crouching & licking its paws or walking slowly!

However, it seems that the cat's movements cannot be recognized at the Windows Task Tray resolution.
