Cover all existing CEL rules in tests

Problem Statement

#25 added a test suite that allows verifying CRDs' CEL rules. The goal of this issue is to cover all existing rules that are not covered yet.

• All existing CEL validations defined for CRDs in this repository are covered in tests against a real Kubernetes API server

Given all net new CRDs added for the Konnect entities feature are covered, I think it's no longer a blocker for the 1.4 release.
