DICOM OCT image has wrong pixel spacing

The rendered image is incorrect
Does it support Non square pixels

Looks like our DICOM loader does not respect the pixel size/spacing metadata in the tags.

It looks like Wasm did not return the correct pixelspacing, Has the latest version fixed this issue？

Has not been fixed. You can open a PR in https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK-Wasm or pay Kitware to fix it sooner than later.
