Our documentation should include a Jupyter notebook that illustrates how to use pyEQL to calculate the carbonate system equilibrium.

The notebook could be very similar to the phreeqpython tutorial available here, just modified to use pyEQL syntax.

The notebook should be saved to docs/examples so that it will be visible in the package documentation.
