I'd change "---cause harm to the crative society...." to "...might cause....". The way it is the notifrication as a whole seems ironic. Maybe it is. I think that the free availabily of music in general benefits music and misicians but making good music usually takes a lot of time and effort. This should, in my opinion, be rewaded somehow.
