A little late to the party i know - HW error

Hi, i never used to get HW errors back in 2017 when i mined Xevan algo on a Bitsend pool.
I dont undersstand why , but for the love of me, i am not able to mine bitsend, i get HW errors.
I have tried to lower the intensity with --intensity 10 for example, instead of default or what i normally use which is 14 maximum else my machine is very jerky.
I have a Ryzen 3900x with 32 gb of ram and enough disk space and windows 10 with an RX470 4GB ram.
I would like to know if anything is different about Bitsend maybe you know?
Thing thing is i am able to mine using the old vanilla SGMiner for nicehash BUT no accepted shares though, maybe the difficulty is very very high.
I know though that when you released this KL miner is is just way faster, its almost like i was robbed using the original SGminer for Xevan.
Anyways, i dont know what else i can do here to help you help me troubleshoot please?
I would like really like to understand what the issue is?
Log file? or what can we do extra?
