setup node red to work via docker as local dev environment using node red: https://nodered.org/ follow instructions for docker. Add READ me for instructions on how to run locally and test for completion.

@aldrinmayen do you mind doing a code review? I added some readme docs to provide instruction but I want to make sure someone else can get this running besides me.

i was able to get docker running.. however I still need authincation to clone the repo... any advice?

I was able to run the windmill and generate traffic from node-red flow
