Input data Apex class

First of all thank you very much for sharing this code. I am trying to use the algorithm to insert the fibers into a mesh of my own. I would like to know how to obtain the input .vtp file. I am using the cobiveco code (input_preparation.m in examples folder) to label the classes but I am not getting class 5 (apex). Could this be the problem of my fibers not rotating around the apex in my mesh?

If this is so, could you tell me how to generate the correct input file to LDBR_fibers/examples (example_coarse)?
