Cannot hide blackbar

Hi Im trying to get off this black bar under the keyboard
but without success
I already disable navigation bar in android
Tried to disable all keyboards
No success
Can you help me?

Blank space underneath the keyboard was noticed around version 1.30.0. It is fixed in 1.30.3.

Hi, this black bar is intentionally that large to avoid overlapping the button that dismisses the keyboard on the left and the button that switches between keyboards.
Have you find other keyboards where these buttons are hidden or better integrated ?

Actually no, now im using microsoft keyboard and unexpectd, the problem with this black bar is that some letters become a little far for my thumb reach, I need to put my unexpected keyboard this space down, will be perfect.

I understand that is to avoid overlapping but it could be integrated with the keyboard, that will be nice
