Documentation of StatsPlots.jl is in Plots.jl repo?

I notice that some of the documentation for StatsPlots.jl is located in the Plots.jl repository:

Is there a reason for this? Could that documentation be moved into this repository?

The reason for that is to enable people who only loaded Plots to read the docstrings and have them get a warning telling them to load StatsPlots.jl when they are trying to use that function.
And at some point they were actually part of Plots.jl.
