IR backtraces: expand multiple call frames #637

We currently abort IR backtrace generation when encountering multiple call sites:

Line 50 in d370e19

frame = StackTraces.StackFrame("multiple call sites", "unknown", 0)

We should probably just generate multiple stackframes instead, which seems strictly more useful.
