Should the various plotting codes in examples be grouped into extension (Makie, Plots)?

This would allow for standard CI (test/runtests.jl) and increase reusability.

update :

has been done for the Makie recipes in Extension for Makie plot recipes #134
remains to be done for the Plots recipes (please consider sending PR)
