Cannot Save if CPanel ModSecurity is on

PHP 7.4.15 + DB 5.5.5-10.3.24-MariaDB-cll-lve + Joomla 3.9.25 + SPPB 3.7.9
Working on one of my old SPPB pages I'm experiencing a perpetual "cannot save" and in the meantime an empty SPPB creation.

• I investigated on it with a lot of tests and I'm experiencing it on a specific page, I attach it here
• I cannot import this page. I can import it only switching off the CPanel ModSecurity
• I can work on the page and save it if the CPanel ModSecurity is off
• With CPanel ModSecurity: on the bug can be avoided by deleting the first table (not the first row, just the table) - I add an image for you
