Watchdog wake-up from soft off mode

Is it possible to wake-up or reset using watchdog when device is in low power or soft off mode?

1、watchdog is running in low power mode， but not in soft off mode。
2、it can use io and timer to wake-up device in low power mode。
3、it can use io and rtc ralarm to wake-up device in soft off mode。
