Currently, the bot uses a preconfigured list of subreddits to monitor. The ISubredditStore needs to be expanded to allow for adding of new subreddits. The bot also needs to be expanded to monitor DMs with a command to add or remove a subreddit.

Anyone should be able to add a subreddit, but only mods can DM the bot to remove it.
