Mentioned Tweets

Is there any way to extract mention tweets of a particular account.
Like the account Netflix
When it is mentioned can we extract that tweets?

You can set the Username to only fetch tweets of a particular userID By

setUsername (str): An optional specific username from a twitter account. Without "@".

I also think so....We can search mentions if a user himself mention but not find where he is mentioned everywhere.
