在下载m3u8视频过程中，直接杀死app进程，会出现下载的ts文件不完整，，看代码，好像只判断了ts文件存不存在，没有判断ts文件是否完整？M3U8Seg切片信息如果存数据库，好像量太大，如果不存好像不太好判断这个ts文件是否下载完了，，，
