Hard crash

I used this program to merge old character to the new character but all of a sudden its stopped working. It hard crashes right away, near the point of finishing, and/or when i'm starting to merge the characters together. I haven't changed anything on my PC for this to suddenly have continuous hard crashing. I've uninstalled Python tried it without it but hard crashed. I've reinstalled Python but it didn't make a difference. I've tried reinstalling the program many times but it just keep crashing now with no hope of being able to merge characters at this point.

I would submit a picture but the CMD doesn't show why its hard crashing and it closes down the whole thing quickly.
