Not sure if you saw some of the other issues regarding the current state of AdvancedTomato, but the firmware and repository owner has other current real life priorities right now. In the background, a new (different) firmware has been gaining traction called FreshTomato. If you want to read up more on it, do a bit of Googling.
Regarding the issue in particular, it has already been fixed in AndreDVJ's AdvancedTomato fork as well as FreshTomato-ARM and FreshTomato-MIPS using MAC Vendors actually:
Ran into this myself which spurred me to dig into it a bit deeper and one of a few things that pushed me over to AndreDVJ's fork personally. It's probably a good idea to have an open issue here since it is tracking an issue affected AdvancedTomato but I don't envision this getting resolved unless the owner decides to come back to the firmware. If you do want it fixed though, you've got a few options which I've linked above.
OUI lookups don't work on AdvancedTomato.
The IEEE Standards website has been redesigned and the URL for OUI lookups don't work anymore.
The old URL format was:
https://standards.ieee.org/cgi-bin/ouisearch?00-6B-9E
The new URL format is:
https://services13.ieee.org/RST/standards-ra-web/rest/assignments/download/?registry=MA-L&format=html&text=006B9E
You could also use MAC Vendors:
https://api.macvendors.com/00-6B-9E
