PPPOE over PTM and QOS suggested implementations

Hello I love Advanced Tomato immensely, the QOS is nearly perfect.

There are 3 suggestions I would like to make that be implemented into the config:

1. I am using PPPOE over PTM which is capable of utilizing an MTU of 1500 bytes. When I set the MTU to custom, it automatically changes back to 1492 upon connection.

2. To further add to the QOS system, it would be beneficial to add a checkbox which would prioritize game packets, much like IGMP packets.(512 bytes & under)

3. Also to add further to the QOS system, the capability to add a classification for a single MAC address, much like a single IP address.

I feel like all of these changes would benefit the firmware dramatically
