Is there new design needed?

No

What?

  • When someone proposes a new constitution governance action, and GovTool reads that from chain and renders it
  • It would be really nice if govtool could fetch the new constitution being proposed and compare it to the hash
  • GovTool could then warn users IF the newly proposed constitution is correct according to the hash

Why?

  • So voters are well informed

How?

  • add to frontend and metadata service?
