Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users may feel confused or frustrated when trying to understand how Paws works, especially when it comes to reporting injured animals, tracking the status of reports, and knowing what assistance is available. This confusion can lead to lower user engagement and less effective support for animals in need.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to add a dedicated FAQ section to the Paws website. This section should include answers to common questions like how to report an injured animal, how to track a report, who provides assistance, and how users can get involved (e.g., volunteering, donating). The FAQ should be easily accessible from the homepage and provide clear, concise answers to reduce user frustration and enhance engagement.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
An FAQ section can serve as a quick reference for users, save time by reducing the need for direct support, and help build trust by providing transparency about how the platform works. Providing detailed answers can improve overall user experience and promote Paws' mission of aiding animals in need.
