🐞[Bug]: Two scroll bar on desktop

Describe the bug

On the registration page (https://pawss.vercel.app/register) for desktop, there is a bug where two scrollbars are visible. The browser's scroll bar can be removed

Expected behavior

Only one scroll bar should be visible
