Hi, I realized that there is a problem with the ticket ID, because the Behaviours plugin and this bug: yllen/behaviors#4

So what I have done is change these tables: glpi_plugin_manageentities_cridetails, glpi_plugin_manageentities_critechnicians in the field ticktes_id with this data type: int(11) unsigned
