Don't require Micropub endpoint

issue: Indigenous will not let me log in if I don't have a Micropub endpoint set up.

I'm currently still working on my IndieWeb-capable website and thus do not currently have a Micropub endpoint set up.

I do, however, have a Microsub endpoint set up and would love to use Indigenous as a native Microsub reader on iOS and don't mind not having the ability to respond to / interact with posts.

suggestion: Require a Micropub endpoint or a Microsub endpoint, but not both.
