Column Virtualization hides last data of grid #1964

Description

When column virtualization is ON, and user scrolls to last data, the content of the last data is not properly visible.

ignite-ui version: 7.2.6

Result

Vertical scrollbar does not scroll

Expected result

The vertical scrollbar should have a

scroll
