Jobs are currently ran by a daemon or cron. Yet there's no indication whether a job has been succeeded or is still running. There's also no history about previously ran jobs.

One may want to see a status of any currently running job or may want to pause/stop it. In order to facilitate this there should be a management view in the UI. Possibly also some CLI commands.
