To the authors of this repo,
I admire your work and this a great toolchain to do RL + SNN research. I am loving the implementation. However, there was a small issue with the Ubuntu OS versions. I wasted countless hours trying to setup this tool chain with Ubuntu 20.04. I was getting so many issues running this tool chain on this ubuntu. I kept fixing problems and new issues kept arising. At last I figured out this was OS related issue. I setup Ubuntu 18.04 and I was able to install all components of the toolchain easily.
Is there anyway that you guys can look into it and release a version that is compatible with latest Ubuntu releases. The NEST simulator recommended for this toolchain also causes issues with python 3.8.5.
Again, I think this is a great piece of work and I wish to contribute more to it. Thanks! 👍

One suggestion: It would be great if there was a docker image to run this.
