Updates for GECKO

A few comments from Gurinder @lexmapr as he was mapping the gecko terms and CINECA cohorts:

1. The following three terms that are available in previous metadata sheet in use, are currently not in GECKO ontology:

-diagnosis, posology, and administration method.

2. Furthermore, two concepts (urinary system disease (MONDO:0002118)) and (immune system disease (MONDO:0005046)) were needed for proper mapping of a few attributes. These terms should be under diseases (MONDO:0000001). I have used these in the sheet in anticipation of being included in GECKO.

Can you please make the changes?

We merged "posology" and "administration method" into one term: "administration", which appears under "medication". Perhaps a better label is needed, like "drug administration and posology"? This term comes from the prescription drug ontology and the definition includes posology.

We also merged "diagnosis" into "diseases" because it was the only term under that node and meant essentially the same thing. So for mapping to a general "diagnosis", I think mapping to "diseases" would be appropriate.

As for the MONDO terms, I will go ahead and add them now 🙂
