Out-of-date Watson Java SDK in Language Translator #1085

In https://www.ibm.com/watson/developercloud/language-translator/api/v2/?java#introduction

it talks about

<dependency>
        <groupId>com.ibm.watson.developer_cloud</groupId>
        <artifactId>java-sdk</artifactId>
        <version>3.3.1</version>
        </dependency>

This version is old and does not know about Language Translator (but about the old Language Translation). The most recent SDK is 3.5.3.
