It looks like the documentation could either use GitHub pages or the Documenter.jl package. Where should we put book style codes?

Okay, I think I fixed the building and links to the documentation. They broke when we moved Raven to HorribleSanity.
It would be great if we could include the examples directory and in the documentation. That way there would be one place for them.
We did this in an old project with Literate.jl. Here is our old documentation build file https://github.com/lcw/Canary.jl/blob/bfbb723b083d88307ad75bad75c9897fd89983bd/docs/generate.jl.
