Rails 5

Hey,

I just found your gem and are very excited, since I'm still using the old mobilant api which is working but your solution looks much more promising.
The only thing that stops me right now, is the availability of rails 5.
Is there a reason why you fixed it to 4? Is there a necessary dependency or something to change, that it can be used with 5?
