XBOX One controller crash

Hi!

So, I've been playing TOS for a while now.
I've been using my Razer Sabertooth controller. Worked perfectly.

Now I just got a new XBOX One controller, and now I have a problem:
Whenever the controller is either plugged in with the cabel, or connected wirelessly, the mouse and keyboard won't work in the game.
Like I move my mouse, and the arrow moves, but no clicks. And no keyboard shortcuts or commands work either.
As soon as I unplug/disconnect the controller, they both work.
And then, if I plug the controller back in or reconnect it, the game crashes.

Did you know anything about this?, or Can you fix this problem ?
