Folia support

Feature Description

There is 0 cosmetic plugins that supports Folia and HMC would be the perfect choice for anyone and allow servers to expend even more their features !

Implementation Description

There is a lot of libs on github that works great to add support to folia but since 1.19.4, paper added the folia API into paper spigot and since HMC supports 1.19 minimum then you will be able to have compability with both softwares without having 2 different things.

This is one of those features that just sounds like a lot of work for an ecosystem that still isn't fully developed yet. MineLib seems to be undocumented and relatively unknown (2 stars), while FoliaLib is still in beta.

I'm interested in adding Folia at some point in the future, but it just sounds like a headache right now since we have quite a few schedulers that would need to be converted and tested. I'll probably talk with some other developers about this and how they are tackling supporting both Folia and Spigot.
