Hota 1.7 map support

I finished 1.7 map support in FreeHeroes master:

You can check all commits with 'Hota 1.7 there'

Notable: artifact id is 4 bytes now but NOT EVERYWHERE
A lot of simple objects now have parameters, check MapVisitableWithReward read/write logic (it is a mess + hota have garbage random bytes there);
New parameters in events (global, local and twon), pandoras, filed in heroes and new array probably utilized by camp maps after custom heroes array.
