un/starring and un/watching a project shows opposite message

Observed/problematic behavior

When adding a star or watching a project the message you are no longer watching... or you unstarred the resource appears
When removing a star or unwatching a project the message you are now watching... or you starred the resource appears

Expected behavior

Quite the opposite

Steps to reproduce

star a project and unstar it again
watch a resource and unwatch it again

Other

not sure if it even should but the counter also doesnt update (depending on how that is handled it might just be a missing inversion and fixing the message issue would fix the update as well)
