"Change System Libraries" Window: Not scrollable

Issue:
The Window "Change System Libraries" is not scrollable, so you can't select libraries which are displayed out of the current view. Screenshot:

In the above window, you can't select any library which is listed outside the ones shown (for example libtranslation.so)

Expected behavior:
Make the List scrollable

Workaround:
Append the necessary libraries directly in the .pld file, something like:

LIBRARY=B_FIND_PATH_DEVELOP_LIB_DIRECTORY/libtanslation.so
